Join us in October as Pastor Wes Feltner concludes his message series, “Illusions: Believing is Seeing.”  In the Bible, the parables of Jesus expose the illusions of the world and help us see how life really works.  Missed a Sunday?  No problem, you can catch all past messages online.  > Weekend Messages

All-Church Prayer Meeting:  Sunday, October 19, 5:30 p.m., Prayer Room
Berean’s elders, ministry leaders, and staff will lead a time of worship and prayer.  Prayer meetings are on the third Sunday of each month.


New Children’s Series:  Beginning Saturday, October 4, 5 p.m. and Sunday, October 5, 11:15 a.m.
Join us for an “out of this world” experience. Throughout this series we are learning different promises of God and how they were true in the Bible, are true today, and will be true in the future! Each week’s lesson is based on a promise from Psalms.

New Check-In System:  Beginning Sunday, October 12
We’re excited to announce that our new automated Children’s Check-in system is ready to be rolled out.  Please allow extra time before getting your children to class that day.  Kiosks will be located inside Doors 2 and 6.

AWANA Rally Night:  Wednesday, October 22, 6:30-8 p.m.
We are having a special rally night with a carnival, bouncy houses, and tons of fun.  We also need volunteers to be clowns, juggle, do face painting, or make balloon animals.  Please contact Tracy Williams.  The 3rd & 4th graders will be going to Skateville.


EPIC Retreat:  October 16-19
Fall Retreat has “gone country.”  Join all your friends over MEA weekend on a getaway packed with games, worship, food, and challenging messages from  retreat speaker Tiger McLuen.  Spaces fill up quickly, so register today in the youth room or online.   > Retreat Registration


Art of Marriage Conference:  Friday, October 3: 7-9:30 p.m.; Saturday, October 4: 9 a.m.-2 p.m.
Marriage, the way God intended it to be, is a true art form.  The conference will be hosted by Pastor Roger Thompson and his wife Joanne. Cost is $35/couple, and includes a workbook, snacks, and lunch.   > Art of Marriage Registration

Adoption Info Seminar:  Tuesday, October 146:30-8:30 p.m., Room 101
Hosted by Legacy of Adoption and Berean’s His Kids team, a fun, informative session about adoption. Contact Megan McNeil.

Supper and Support:  Friday, October 3, 6-8:30 p.m., Room 210
Families with adopted children can find support, fellowship, and a tasty meal. Kids activities are included, so bring the whole family!  Presented by His Kids.  Contact Megan McNeil.

IronWorks Fall Session:  Fridays beginning September 26, 6:30-7:30 a.m., Room 114; Wednesdays beginning October 1, 5:30-6:45 p.m., Room 116
Men, join us for great community, connection, and strengthening at IronWorks fall session, “Wise App!  Wisdom when you need it.”   Join us on Wednesday nights or Friday mornings.   >

Habitat for Humanity-Women Build:  Wednesday, October 15, 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
Ever thought about volunteering with Habitat for Humanity?  Berean is helping to work on a women-build home in Dakota County.  No experience necessary!  Sign-up by contacting Vanessa Edwards.

Kid’s Closet:  Saturday, October 25, 9-11:30 a.m., Gym
Come to Kids Closet and shop gently used kids clothes, books, toys, and baby equipment.  Everything is $1 a bag and everyone is welcome.  After 10:30 a.m. everything is FREE.  Items for donation are welcomed.  Volunteers are needed as well.   > Volunteer Sign-up

First Foods:  The first Sunday of each month we receive food donations from the Berean community that are given to local food shelves and organizations.  Bags can be picked up and donations can be dropped off at the Outreach Corner. This month’s First Foods will go to Kid's Closet.

Unveiled Muslim Outreach Conference:  October 23-25, Grace Church, Eden Prairie
