Dr. Wes Feltner
Lead Pastor

Dr. Feltner has been at Berean since January 2014, and is Lead Pastor of Preaching and Vision.

He earned his B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, a M.Div in Theology, and a Ph.D. in Leadership from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY.

He and his wife Stephanie have three children and currently reside in Elko New Market, MN.

Wes enjoys all kinds of sports, hunting and fishing, watching movies, playing guitar, and reading.

Tony Manning
Executive Pastor

Tony has been serving as the Executive Pastor at Berean since February 2018. In his role, Tony provides leadership over Berean’s multisite strategy, discipleship strategy, and leadership development.

Tony is a graduate of Indiana University and earned his Masters of Arts in Christian Education from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Tony and his wife Kelly love making memories by traveling with their two boys Brayden and Bryce. As a family, they’ve been to several baseball stadiums around the country cheering on their favorite team, the St Louis Cardinals. Tony has been to 32 different major league stadiums with eleven more to see.

Terry Foss
Worship Ministries Pastor

Terry has been on staff at Berean since December of 2010. His role at Berean is to oversee all of the worship gatherings on a weekly basis, ensuring that the greatness of God and the beauty of the gospel are proclaimed in song with undistracting excellence. He also leads worship in our modern services at the Burnsville campus.

He has a degree in Commercial Music-Voice & Music Business Emphasis from Belmont University in Nashville, TN.

Terry and his wife, Christa, and children, Aidan and Sydney, live in Lakeville, MN.

He is an avid beach volleyball player! If there’s no good ball happening, he's perfectly content just sitting on the beach taking it all in.

Ben Holden
Pastor of Family Ministries


Ben started at Berean in October of 2014. As the Family Pastor, he oversees the Kids, Youth, Men's, and Women's ministries. His team is leading efforts to partner with the home to see the next generation reached with the gospel and discipled in their faith.

He completed his undergrad at Catawba College, then went on to get his Masters of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Ben and his wife, Emily, live in Eagan, MN with their three children, Ellie, Quinn, and Mia.

He is an avid North Carolina Tarheels fan and drinks sweet tea by the gallon.

Kay Larson
Managing Director of Church Operations

Kay has been on staff at Berean since 2008. She oversees the support functions for Berean Ministries which include, Campus and Facility, Business and Finance, Human Resources, Communications, First Impressions and Hospitality, Events and Berean Café. Berean’s GIVE team focus is on helping people engage through “giving to the work” by giving of themselves through service and giving of their financial resources.

Kay and her husband, Morris, live in Farmington, MN and began attending Berean in 1992. They have three adult children, Austin, Shelby, and Chase who have all served and worked in Berean Ministries as well.

Born and raised on a farm in rural Oklahoma, Kay kept busy in 4-H and FFA throughout her school years. She still enjoys visiting the family farm, traveling with family, and cheering on her Oklahoma State Cowboys.

 Brent Birdsall
Missional Strategies Pastor

Pastor Brent has been on staff at Berean since 2007. His role as Missional Strategies Pastor is to help every member of the Berean FaithFamily to be fully engaged in mission, locally and globally, as God has called and gifted them

He has his B.A. from Moody Bible Institute, M.Div. from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, and has done post-graduate studies at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and Bethel Seminary.

He and his wife, Sandy, live in Burnsville, MN and love to visit their children and grandchildren around the country.

Brent has climbed to the geographical high points of 42 states--the highest being Colorado's Mt. Elbert at 14,439 feet.
